Player Condition Cards

In addition to creating printable tokens I'm also interested in creating some other useful materials. I've created a set of player status condition cards to help remember what conditions your character currently has as well as provide the reminder text (up to errata). Yes, yes, I know condition cards are nothing new, but I was really interested in creating my own, especially the various ongoing damage types. =)

Above is a preview of 6 of the 26 player condition cards I've put together. (10 of them are the various ongoing damage types.) Here are the download links for the color version as well as a pseudo gray-scale/line art version for those of you who would rather print without color.
On deck: A token sheet of all Kobolds in Monster Manual 1 (there aren't any in MM2) and a couple more from some other sources.

  1. Why are many of the little boxes (Granting Combat Advantage, Can't Flank, etc.)grayed out? You can see this in the sample pic above. It makes them near-impossible to read, and there seems to be no logic as to which ones are faint grey and which are normal...

    1. Thanks for asking, Otookee. There are three boxes on every card and they're the same on every card (with 1 or 2 minor tweaks). The boxes are "Granting Combat Advantage", "Can't Flank", and "Can't Take Any Actions". These are really the primary bits of information that most people care about in regards to what a status effect means. On cards where one of those major effects is a part of the status effects, the box looks normal with a black border and red text. On cards where the box is a light gray, it means that that major effect doesn't apply to that status. All effects of a given status, including the ones in the three boxes, are listed as well in the text of the card. The boxes are really intended to be a quick and easy at-a-glance sort of a thing.
